  • Yes. Subaru OEM parts and fluids are used whenever required or recommended for specific systems. Customers also have the option to choose trusted, high-quality aftermarket parts when appropriate. FL4T Motors works only with proven brands and components that meet proper specifications to ensure reliability, performance, and long-term durability.

  • Yes. Oil and filter service is offered as part of routine maintenance visits. Each service includes a visual multi-point inspection, fluid checks, tire pressure adjustments, and inspection of brakes, suspension, and common wear items. This approach allows time to properly evaluate the vehicle and identify current or upcoming service needs.

Stand-alone oil change requests may be limited depending on scheduling and service location.

  • Mobile service can be performed at residential driveways, workplaces, and other approved locations with adequate space and safe working conditions. Availability may depend on job scope and local regulations.

  • Most maintenance, diagnostic, and mechanical repairs can be performed on-site. Some jobs may require a shop environment due to tooling, safety, or space requirements. If a service is not suitable for mobile repair, this will be communicated in advance.

  • FL4T Motors installs lift kits for select Subaru models and encourages mild, functional setups. Lift kit installations are generally limited to approximately 2 inches of lift, which helps maintain proper drivability, suspension geometry, and long-term reliability. Installations are limited to quality, proven components, and availability depends on vehicle, parts, and location.

  • In most cases, no. Access to the vehicle and a safe work area are typically all that is required. Any additional needs will be discussed prior to service.

  • Prior to beginning work, protective coverings are laid out to shield the surface beneath the vehicle. Fluids are captured using proper containment systems, and cleanup materials are on hand throughout the service. FL4T Motors aims to leave the work area in the same condition it was found.

  • Service can be requested by calling the phone number listed on the site or by submitting a request through the Contact page. If a request is submitted online, FL4T Motors will follow up shortly to discuss service details, answer any questions or concerns, and confirm scheduling based on location, availability, and job scope.

  • A service or diagnostic fee applies for on-site inspections or troubleshooting. If repairs move forward, this fee is typically applied toward the cost of the work. If no repairs are performed and the visit is inspection or diagnostic only, the service fee still applies. All fees and estimates are discussed before service begins.

  • If a repair cannot be safely or effectively completed on-site, this will be communicated as early as possible. Options and next steps will be discussed before any work proceeds.

  • Same-day or next-day service may be available depending on location, availability, and job scope. Advance scheduling is encouraged whenever possible.

  • FL4T Motors primarily focuses on Subaru vehicles. In some cases, limited services may be available for other makes depending on the vehicle and job scope. This is typically limited to straightforward maintenance or repairs such as brakes or basic service items. Availability will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

  • The name is inspired by Subaru’s flat “boxer” engine design, which most models use in a 4-cylinder configuration. The “4” replaces the “A” as a nod to that engine layout — commonly referred to as a “flat-four.”
